Body Burning Circuit
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Squats
- 20 Crunches
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Reps Walking Lunge
- 10 Burpees
- 30 Second Plank
Strive to do 5 circuits of this workout. You can do this workout every day and expect to see great results.
Tips for Making This Workout Successful
Drink plenty of water! This workout is going to make you sweat and you need to rehydrate. When you drink plenty of water your body performs how it should and you will naturally feel better. Even if you are slightly dehydrated you could have problems with your digestion, headaches, cramps, and fatigue.
Do the exercises right! If you do not know how to do an exercise, check out YouTube and watch some videos. If you know how to do the exercises and choose to cheat yourself into only doing them half-assed, expect half ass results. Do full squats, do full push ups, and try your best.
It’s okay if you cannot do 10 push ups or a 30 second plank. If you work hard and do as many as you can, you are going to be able to progress and get stronger.
Strive to do better! When you strive to do better every time you exercise, you are setting yourself up for success. If you can do this routine for the 5 circuits, try to add a 6th circuit. Up the intensity by making the rest time shorter in between each exercise and circuit. Time yourself and try to beat your best time.
There are many ways you can increase the intensity, be creative and really push yourself.
