There are a lot of studies and articles out there proving and disproving the use of a multi-vitamin, so do your studies before you simply take my word for it.

Product Review: Opti-Woman by Optimum Nutrition
The first thing you may have noticed when glancing through the ingredient list (good luck saying some of those) you notice there are no proprietary blends. As you’ve seen in other product reviews, I don’t care for prop blends.
There’s honestly not a lot about this supplement I can say other than commenting on how awesome and affordable this supplement is.
The pills are easy to take and they have always been consistent and not all broken up like you may have seen others before.
I whole-heartedly believe in Optimum Nutrition and their quality that even though I really like MTS Nutrition, I still stick to ON on most of my supplements.
Overall I give it a 10/10.
Getting the Most out of Multi-Vitamins
Do not buy, I repeat, do not buy these multi-vitamins unless you are going to start eating healthier.
This doesn’t mean you have to drop all of your favorite foods and start eating lettuce and celery, but you have to start working on eating better foods.
The reason I say this is because I do not want you to waste your money on a supplement in hopes it’s going to make you healthier; I would rather see you spend that money on some fresh foods.
To get the most out of your multis, you’re going to have to stay well-hydrated. This means sometimes you may have to stay sipping on water even if you aren’t thirsty. I’ve been doing some experiments myself and I notice that if I start getting thirsty, my body tends to crave food over water… this is a huge find for me. You always hear things like “drinking enough water will keep you from craving foods” but when you actually can experience it… it’s a completely different ballgame.
Other than cleaning up your diet, exercising more, and watch your indulging on things like alcohol other “non-healthy” actions, there’s nothing special about taking a multi.
Simply take your two caps a day in the morning and make a morning ritual around it. Take your supplements and tackle your day with a good start.
I wish I had more in-depth tips for getting more out of your multi-vitamin, but it’s a simple supplement. I highly recommend anyone to take a multi-vitamin to help boost any deficiencies while they strive to get healthier. Do not take this hoping it is a magic pill.
